Shipping
All orders are only $2.95 for ground shipping! The $2.95 charge will be applied for every ship-to address on an order. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order has not been shipped then you may be able to cancel it, given that it is an on-hand item in our warehouse and not scheduled for delivery from the manufacturer.
All products listed on the site are shipped out within 24 - 48 hours. There is a 20% restocking fee for cancellations.
At this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States, but please check back often as this is a goal of ours!
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments to residents in the states of Indiana, Missouri, and California.
Defective Merchandise or Missing Parts
Always inspect your merchandise immediately upon receiving it. If you have received damaged merchandise or you are missing a part, please contact Last and Final immediately. If the problem cannot be solved, Last and Final will replace the damaged or defective merchandise if one still exists in stock. Last and Final must receive the damaged merchandise within 30 days of date of shipping for a replacement or refund. After this point there will be no refund or exchange. If you should need to return any merchandise you must contact Last and Final for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise without an RMA number will be refused by Last and Final.
How to Return Your Purchase:
1) Call LastandFinal.com customer service at 866.947.5690 for an RMA number. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RMA NUMBER.
2) Write the RMA number ON THE SHIPPING LABEL (NOT DIRECTLY ON THE BOX). If no RMA number is clearly marked on the label the shipment will be refused.
3) Send your return via USPS only, with tracking and insurance (for your protection). Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be pre-paid by the customer.
4) Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery.
If the merchandise returned, upon inspection by LastandFinal.com, includes an RMA number clearly marked as indicated above, the product will be accepted for exchange, credit or refund based on the reason code embedded within the RMA number. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition/box with all parts intact. A credit will not be issued if the merchandise is not the original product ordered or if the merchandise has been used.
For items returned as a result of error by LastandFinal.com (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc), LastandFinal.com will reimburse the USPS shipping and insurance rate along with the purchase price of the item. If the customer chooses to use another shipping company, only the USPS rate will be the amount reimbursed. We do not accept COD and are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
